I’d like to be able to add aliases to my cards, so I can search for or link to them more easily. For example, if I have a card titled “John Smith” corresponding to my manager, I’d like to be able to alias that note as “John”. This is especially handy when you can link with brackets.

We actually really like this idea, and have thought internally about adding it a number of times. We will add your +1s to this feature request.
