Android App doesn't load correctly after it is closed

Description of the bug
App doesnt load after i close him.

Device, App & Version
Galaxy Z Flip6 model SM-F741B, Android 15, One UI 7.0.
It is also affecting my tablet: S9 Ultra Tab, Model SM-X910. One UI 7.0, Android 15

Steps to reproduce
Install supernotes. Open the app, then closes the app. Open the app again: loading screen forever.
Workaround: reinstall the app. Forcing stop on android settings sometimes works too, but not always.

Thanks for sharing @dlthunder. This is the same recording from 3.2.0. Is this behaviour still the same after updating to 3.2.1?
