I think you could structure your limits for a free plan in a better way, i.e. if you have the desktop/mobile, you can choose which notes you want to sync, else all would remain in your computer storage, making your costs less, and making it good for everyone

Our value proposition is intended to be different from other apps, we built Supernotes with syncing and realtime collaboration first – rather than tacking it on afterwards. Connor and I were tired of using apps where syncing was always an afterthought. Since our syncing, collaborating & sharing is core to our product it’s generally more reliable & fast.
We have plans to improve our free offering in the future, but as a small independent team of two – your support goes a long way – that’s why we’re a sustainable business and have now been around for 5+ years. I wrote up a lil article about this here.
Many people use only one device and dont need many synced/ published notes so this could be a good OPTIONAL feature

What are your thoughts please on the type of changes you are planning? Just wondering how this might impact those on the free tier at the moment 
The changes are based on us adding more features such as file attachments etc, and that would have a knock on effect of making the free plan more desirable. With the 3.2 update last year we gave everyone 100 extra cards for free on the free plan.
