Card Update Failed! Error

Got the following error when using the desktop app (in upper-right corner):

“Card update failed! Please try again later.”

Closed and re-opened the app with the same error. I move to the web application and several cards I created on the desktop app were not synced to the web application.

Sorry to hear that you’ve encountered an error. It might be a problem with the desktop app’s cache. If you have any important information on the card(s) that won’t sync you can export them as a single markdown file to quickly preserve the data.

Log out and then back in to reset your desktop app’s cache, that should fix any problems.
