Card update failed notification

While there doesn’t appear to be any syncing issues, this message pops up on MacOS 14.4.1.

Some more information would be very helpful for us to investigate this further.

It pops up intermittently when creating a new card on the desktop app. The message appears after the card is already ”finished”. I may try to log out and back in. But it is not happening so far today.

I am starting to see this as well after updating the desktop app. I also saw it on the mobile app after signing in for the first time in a while (and I think for the first time post 3.1.4?)

I saw this on a mobile app too. It happened after I saved a card then went back to edit the colour. Subsequent attempts to change the colour gave the same error (event though on the mobile, the colour was already changed)

After a few seconds and the above error, the colour change rolled back. I was able to change it again with no error. Seems intermittent

We’re continuing to investigate this and will be pushing some further improvements in the next minor release.

It just happened for me when updating a new card in the mobile app on Android. It seems to have fixed itself after a couple of tries.
