Cards Occasionally Disappearing After App Relaunch

Description of the bug
Data loss occurred where cards disappeared after reopening the app. Content was not saved properly, possibly related to poor network connectivity. This issue has occurred twice for me.

Device, App & Version
iPhone iOS App v3.1.8 (has also occurred in previous versions)

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create cards in the app
  2. Close the app
  3. Reopen the app after a few minutes
  4. Previously created cards are missing

Thanks for the report. If you have any further reproduction steps / can get a screen recording of this please send them over via the in-app messenger to help our investigation into this. You shouldn’t be able to lose any content even with poor network connectivity.
