Cmd+Enter shortcut doesn’t work when using “Vision”
After invoking “vision” and accepting a few changes by clicking on the dotted boundaries, the shortcut “cmd+enter” to accept changes does not work. I have to manually click “Replace [CMD] + [Enter]” on the bottom right of the card.

App & Version
Mac App 3.1.0

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a card with just Title
  2. Invoke vision
  3. Accept only the icon change, and ignore any other changes
  4. Try to accept those changes via keyboard shortcut (cmd+enter)

In addition, I’ve noticed the Escape key to cancel out of the Vision mode also doesn’t work when using Vision on both Mac and iPad applications.
