Collection that shows cards with specific tag and their children

I searched the community but could not find an answer to whether I can create a custom collection that shows cards and their children by tag. By example, I have my projects tagged “project” and child cards for the contact person, meetings, etc. I would like a collection that shows just cards with the “project” tag and the children of such cards. Thanks.

To my knowledge there is currently no way to achieve that using collections.

However, the following structure of cards would do.

Projects
- Project A
  - Scope
  - Participants
  - ...
- Project B
  - Scope
  - ...

So, basically, make all your projects a child of some shared card Projects. You can now open that shared parent card in the noteboard and choose a depth of two layers. This way, you get the selection you asked for. Is this a viable solution for you?

Isn‘t it possible to select the parent as a parent filter (click on the three dots in the left corner and then „Select as parent filters“) and then maybe add the tags as filters as well and click on „Save filters as new Collection“?
