I recently came across this interesting idea for connecting Tana with Napkin using Tana’s built in 'Make API Request" command.
It seems like something should be possible to similarly send nodes to Supernotes from Tana.
I’ve had issues capturing directly in Supernotes since the API doesn’t support images and the collections don’t support date based filters. That makes it tough for my use case. And Tana is great for that with their native capture app.
I’m wondering if anyone has any ideas on how this could work. Here’s how mine looks so far, though it isn’t working yet:
From the screenshot you’ve posted the request looks valid. Have you tried reaching out to Tana support for help? It might just be a way you’ve structured the query and it’s not working with their template.
(I noticed that the “K” in Api-Key should be uppercase, but I doubt this is the issue)
Could I ask, why you want to send notes from Tana to Supernotes?
For me, I send notes from roam to Napkin, because I can review them by ‘related cluster’ in Napkin.
I like supernotes and want to send important notes to supernotes too, but still need more reasons to convince myself to do this.
Thank you for sharing this wonderful idea! I can successfully send notes from Tana to Supernotes now.
The reason why this is super useful to me is because I’m currently learning Japanese. I use Tana’s AI Chat and have it explain the grammar and usage of Japanese sentences to me. After getting the answers, I can send the content to Supernotes for review. It’s much easier to review in Supernotes because of the friendly UI and mobile support.

Tana has does a few things really well. It’s capture app is maybe the best of any app I’ve tried. It does transcribing audio, taking quick photos, and text all together with iOS Home Screen widgets for each one.
And they have great ways of organizing those captures with the inbox. The new-ish AI chat is also super powerful.
But their app is also bulky and doesn’t have a good mobile or tablet experience.
Gave me the idea of using it for capturing and organizing things. And then sending over what I want to actually work deeper on to Supernotes.
Glad it may have sparked some other ideas for others too. I agree the Supernotes API is really powerful. I need to play around with Pipedream and see if there are more use cases for it that might be helpful.
