Thanks for the super thorough bug report @mortalstarinventor, testing both platforms is much appreciated – I wish all bug reports were like this!
We’ve already mapped out and designed a big improvement to mobile editing that will improve this, however this has previously been a low priority as this bug is more a minor visual grievance rather than a functional issue. Nevertheless, I’ve upped the priority and we’ll see what we can do
