Custom Collection for cards with no backlinks, possible?

I need to create a custom collection that finds cards with no backlinks/links. Is this possible?

I use a tag called atomic-idea, when possible, I link it to a big-dea note (not through parent/child relationship, just links). I really need a way of finding all atomic-idea notes that are not yet linked with a big idea.

Do you want atomic-ideas that are not pointing anywhere, or ones that are not being pointed to?
