Fingerprint/Password To Unlock The App (Android)
Hi @qdci,
Most Android devices now have this functionality built-in to the settings menu, so it should already work for you. Which Android device are you using?
For those of you with iPhones / iPads – iOS 18 which will be released next month will also add native support for this.
I am talking about the built-in feature not to lock from the Android app… I hope you understand, second this, is there any way to lock/protect your ‘card’ in the app?
Hi @qdci,
I’m still not sure I’m following. On most Android phones today you can lock specific apps within the Android settings so that they require a passcode to open. Adding additional support for this on our end doesn’t make the most sense unless there’s a specific reason you’d want us to have it. Which Android device are you using, so I can direct you to the relevant article to set this up?
Locking / protecting certain notes is something we’ve considered in the past. However since we focus more on sharing and collaboration there’s been less demand for this – you can find the open feature request for tis here.
