I understand the concept of backing up pages. But how to backup all at once as markdown files?

Also to ensure you backup absolutely all of your cards, disable any filters that might be enabled when in Home, i.e. The “Not Invisible” filter that is always enabled by default. Disable that to ensure Invisible cards are backed up as well.
