I know we can type !!THEITEM I WANT TO HIDE!! we can then hover over the items to view them. However I find if you paste a URL and want that hidden it cannot handle the spoiler syntax we want to use.
Am I just not using it right?

You can hide urls like this, !!https://google.com!! or this, !!!, how were you doing it that wasn’t working for you?
I am starting to wonder how I did it now!
So when you paste a link - it immediately highlights the text (not the URL) and I believe this is going to be due to the fact I might wish to call it “Link 1” instead of the full bookmark name and I think the auto highlighting got me into a tangle and I wasnt able to edit after properly so the name was blurring and leaving the URL exposed!
I think I have worked it out now
