In Notion and text editors, there is a way to indent bullets to structure them, but I can’t figure out how to do that in the Supernotes iOS app. Therefore, could you please add that item to the tooltip?
In addition, In the Mac app, all you have to do is type [Tab] on the keyboard.

You can indent a bullet-point by prepending two spaces (in accordance with the Markdown specification), which on mobile can also be acheived by long-pressing the arrow-keys in the tool bar.
