iOS Mobile App loads a blank white screen on iOS 16

Description of the bug
I just installed the iOS app on my iPad and the app never loads. I just see a white screen

App & Version
iOS 3.1.1

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install the App from AppStore
  2. Open the app
  3. Even after waiting for eternity, all one sees is a white screen.

Hi @abhitopia,

We’ve noticed this bug yesterday, another user had a similar issue and it was down to running an outdated version of iOS (16.3.1). Please install iOS 17 and see if this helps! We’ve also responded to you via the in-app messenger for more prompt help :slight_smile:

Indeed, upgrading to iOS 17 fixed it. Thanks!
