I generally write 120 cards a day, that would be around 10,000 cards in three months, and many many more in the future. What about 100,000? Is there a performance limit?
At the moment, 100,000 cards on your account would probably cause some performance issues, yes.
However, we are very keen to keep performance great on Supernotes, so we have plans to address any such scaling issues long before that actually happens!
