Is there a way to type "tab" to indent and perform a hard reload on the Android app?

Hi everyone! I’m curious if there’s a way to insert a “tab” to indent text in the Supernotes Android app. Also, does anyone know if there’s a way to “hard reload”? I tried a pull-down refresh, but it doesn’t seem to be available—there might be another method I’m not aware of. Any help would be really appreciated!

Hi @tomaxapp,

Yes you can indent / outdent on both Android & iOS by holding down the left ( < ) and right ( > ) angle brackets in the editbar. They’re dual purpose to help you navigate and indent.

There’s no hard reloading of apps at the moment – you can however force a sync by tapping on your User icon > Connected / Syncing status. If you want a proper reload you can just force-quit the app and then open it again. Or log out and then back in. Although you shouldn’t ever need to do this, what’s going wrong? We’d like to fix the root cause if possible!

Oh, holding < and > works! It’s a bit subtle, but it does the trick. Thanks for the tip!

With the limit screen real-estate on a smartphone, we have to get a lil creative. But once you get used to it, it works incredibly well :raised_hands:

Also what was the reason you wanted to hard reload?
