Perhaps it would be useful to have shortcuts to toggle lines into a bullet or number list? Just now I wrote a long bullet list and then realised I’d rather have it as a numbered list.
I think this might be solved by searching/replacing ‘- ‘ with ‘1. ‘ if this suggestion will be implemented.
Generally we will probably not be adding too many new features to the existing editor, as it will soon be superseded by a more sophisticated editor with WYSIWYG support (among other things). Once we do that, this feature will be included as part of it.
