Hello Supernotters,
I’m looking for solutions on how to recover a card I lost after the latest update, 3.1.4.
Yesterday the card in question, which had very important non-confidetial information for a project at work, seemed to be corectly saved and synced. This morning, however, I cannot find it anywhere in the app.
I tried to restore it using all the solutions offered in the Help Centre, but unfortunately none of them were successful.
Is there any other way to recover the card?
Can the devs look into this and offer any advice on how to solve the issue?
I don’t mind them looking into my Supernotes account, if necessary, but I’d like to know as quickly as possible if the card can be restored or not.

For important help requests like this, please get in touch straight away with the in-app messenger. Go to ( ? ) on Desktop or your User Icon > Get Help on Mobile; and then press on “Chat with Us”. I tried chatting directly with you via the button you mentioned, but it doesn’t work properly, not for me at least, because no additional menu or dialog box opens when clicking on it.
I mainly use Supernotes on a Windows 11 Pro via the web app, accessed through the Edge internet browser.
I wholeheartedly appreciate your kind welcome and assistance.
Please let me know if you need further information about my issue.
Update: I tried accessing the Chat with Us button on my iPad Air 13 (M2) and it works perfectly on that device.
We can continue our conversation via that menu.
