Have you considered building an official Supernotes MCP Server?
Would be cool to be able to chat with the notes!

Hey @Yannic, yep, we’ve considered it, but at the moment it is not a priority, mainly because it is already possible for LLMs to utilize the existing Supernotes API in order to interact with your notes.
MCP is definitely an interesting standard, so we will keep an eye on it. But it is also evolving rapidly (like the rest of the space!), so no plans to implement anything for now.
But if anyone else is interested definitely like Yannic’s post!
As a great example, Mac users can download the updated Supernotes Raycast extension which is now tightly integrated to Raycast AI (thanks to @mattdelliott 
). None of this requires MCP, which is pretty neat.

Bumping up this request. I think it’s worth reconsidering given how much MCP has been taking off. And being able to use it without a Mac is much more flexible and useful.
A official MCP would be ideal, but I had Claude whip up a working Supernotes MCP in about a hour. Not saying that’s a great solution, but if you absolutely need it you could make it.
For sure! We’ve recently been improving API keys to provide better scope, and now we are working on full OAuth 2.1 authorization so that we can have a properly authed hosted MCP.
