hi, I think this is not a fixed problem. Quick fix you suggested is not actually a solution, because the macOS feature to automatically adjust scrollbar appearance is quite reasonable option for mouse users.
Hi @wldh, you’re right this can be improved further. macOS’ handling is rather obtuse compared to other operating systems. We’ve got an improvement in the pipeline for more consistent scrollbars on macOS and I’ve split this into a new feature request so we can track this better
