Need help organising a to-do list

hello all,

i currently use supernotes to take/store all my school related lesson and revision notes and i wanted to start using it to house my personal and academic to-do lists.

does anyone have any current method that works for them? im open for suggestions!

I’m experimenting with using Supernotes to manage work and personal tasks. Even though it’s not an academic setting, hopefully it might give you some ideas.

For work-related tasks, I color the cards yellow. For personal tasks, I color the cards purple.

Then I have several collections to locate the tasks.

Collection 1: Finds yellow cards that has incomplete tasks and are not invisible.

Collection 2: Finds yellow cards with completed tasks

Since I need to write a weekly status report for work, this collection helps me track what I have done recently.

Collection 3: Find purple cards with incomplete tasks

Similar to Collection 1, only the color is different.

Tip: Routine tasks (housekeeping todos that are required to accomplish something) can be saved in Templates. This can save time and help with tracking small details.
