As shown in the attached image, when I use Markdown to create a numbered list like 1., 2., 3., it does not render as intended. I am trying to create a structure where 1 and 2 are main categories, and 1 has three subitems listed below it.
However, the output seems to treat all items as a single sequential list, ignoring the hierarchical structure.
I am using a Windows 11 dedicated app for this Markdown editing.
It’s a memo in Korean, but please focus on the numbers.

Hey @goodjinc, so the problem here is that if you use spaces to indent text, you need to use 3+ in order to get proper indentation with lists (or you can use tabs).
This is realistically something we need to fix on our end, as this has caught many people out over the years. In the meantime though, please use 3+ spaces or tabs and your lists should render correctly.
