Hi @artistro08, what specific functionality would you like to see on our Raycast extension on Windows?
Both our Mac and Windows apps have feature parity, and the extension will behave the same on both operating systems.

It looks like They have’t added the API just yet for windows so there’s the disconnect
Circling back to this, They have added the API for Windows now, and not sure what is needed to get this extension available for windows.
Would love to know that as well. I can find the extension in the store now but can’t download it because it’s Mac only ..
I’ve messaged the Raycast team about this. Nothing blocking on our end as far as I’m aware. Please reach out the team directly to ask them to add Supernotes to the list of supported Windows extensions while it’s in Beta.
Thanks! Will do that and post everything I can get from them here ![]()
I had a second to test it locally and sadly it didn’t work for me. Here’s a video of what’s happening. Looks like Raycast may be missing something here. Just keeps loading. Video here: https://imgur.com/a/XGdujLw#
Finally got an answer from the raycast team. They said that it’s now possible to build own extensions or to publish existing MacOS extensions to the windows store after updating the package.json to ensure that it has windows as it’s value - not macOS.
They added this link to the mail:
Hi @isaiur, thanks so much for following up! We’ll look into adding this to the official extension.
Thank you - I’ very excited for this ![]()
May I ask for an ETA?
So the supernotes extension can be installed manually with the latest Windows Raycast update. If you go to the store, and click the greyed out “Install Extension” button, then press Ctrl+Enter, you should be able to install it. I’m using it now and it’s amazing.
Haha - funny! Thanks for notifying me! I looked into this „build your own extension“ and forked the official extension yesterday to add the platform to it. So got it to work since yesterday! Either way - absolutely loving it!
