“Chat with us” usually means I will start a chat with support right away, I didn’t expect to see old chats there.
For example, today I knew I have seen a chat message about the 2.0 release early access, but because I didn’t know I can see the previous messages I’ve received, and the button label doesn’t imply that. I spent like 20 min looking through the community forum, Twitter, official page, etc.
It’s useful to have all chats, but it’s not common and I didn’t expect it.
