So we don’t actually store your view or sort order as part of the collection preset. To keep things simple we only share the name, description, icon and filters.
Above I just shared the metadata for Serendipity but I guess that’s also a little confusing that you need to change your sort afterwards. Would you like us to improve this so that sort order is also added? However as sort is configurable and not stored on collections, after import if you change the sort order on a Collection then that sort order will be lost.
