Supernotes unlimited question

Good evening,

Very quick question.

Currently on the free plan having tried the paid Standard notes tier and obtained a refund with them as I found SuperNotes visually more appealing. Now I have a question about the 4 year plan with this application instead.

For example let’s say I had 140 notes available to me on the free tier and I choose to go unlimited and start using this app to replace my DayOne journal.

I’d like to know how the “ you get to keep your notes after four years” would affect me.

What would happen if I just kept going for four straight years and consume over 2000 notes? I keep those notes if I read it correctly but would my account go back to 140 on the free plan? How would this all work? Or would I simply have the upper limit as 2000 and I simply couldn’t add new notes? Would I have to delete notes to make space with the limit remaining as 2000 which I’d accumulated over my unlimited paid spell?

Hoping this question makes sense!

Hello @G98Productive,

We actually have the answer to this question here.

You’re correct your limit will reset to 140 (as per your example, but this can vary), but you’ll be able to continue to read, edit and interact with all of your existing notes for free. You just won’t be able to create new notes.

To create new notes, you can either junk all the notes (not deletion) to get below 140 or just purchase a new subscription. Hope that makes more sense
