First of all, I’d like to say that this app is fantastic and has been incredibly helpful for my studies and postgraduate research. Secondly, I’d like to ask if there are any plans to implement a tab feature for navigating multiple notes simultaneously. I know there’s an option to pin certain cards, allowing you to keep editing them while navigating through your collection, but sometimes I’d like to maintain my current view (along with my other “child” cards in focus) while searching for and opening other cards within my collection.
Hi @camillogus, welcome to the Supernotes community!
Really happy to hear you’re enjoying Supernotes. We haven’t got any firm plans for adding tabs – that’s because we were aiming for simplicity already preserving the scroll height / view at which child cards you were looking at when switching between collections / parent cards.
Nevertheless, I’m marking this as Under Consideration and we will have another internal discussion about it. If anyone else would like this please Camillo’s post above so we can gauge interest.
In the meantime, since we already have a web app you can in theory just open Supernotes in your browser if you’d like another view. You can even drag and drop cards between the web app and desktop app, like so:
