Unable to empty junk folder

Unable to delete all the cards in my junk folder on web version of supernotes on google chrome or Edge browser.

I keep getting an “action failed” message.

On my ios app the junk folder shows as empty.

Did you manage to resolve this? What most likely has happened is that the cards you can see in Junk have already been deleted, so trying to delete them again results in a failed request.

They should have been removed already (but if you were offline when you removed them on your phone or vice-versa then it the “removal” request may have not gone through properly). We will look into why this is happening. In the meantime if you log out and then back in to your desktop app the cards should be gone! I hope that helps :slight_smile:

I did. I had to delete the app and reinstall. Thank you!
