Description of the bug
Unable to update windows app

Windows 3.2.3

Steps to reproduce

Getting an issue with updating the windows app that’s currently on 3.2.3 and it’s at the point where I’m double clicking the exe having downloaded 3.2.4 and it complains the app is open. So I proceed with going to task manager and force closing the app entirely so it’s not open in the background and it halts midway through the install saying it’s failed to close the app and must either retry or cancel the install. I get presented with retry or close buttons if I recall correctly.

It’s basically stuck whereas my Mac version updated without fail.

Did you have any luck? For urgent requests always get in touch with us via the in-app messenger.

In the meantime the web app will always work.

Good morning!

I was actually going to reply this morning because as of last night I manually removed the old version and installed the latest version fresh!

All good now, thank you.

Noted, will use the in app messenger in future!
