when open a card, by using AI, finding other related cards automatically. I think this is more useful when you have too many cards and are lazy to organize them with tags.

Thanks, I got it, I just remembered one of founders mentioned privacy issue in one YouTube video. but I still think this is an useful feature, maybe let customer choose to use this feature or not.

I would also like to see this, i.e. identifying parent cards or even suggesting card “links” to create backlinks.
I’m not sure how you handle grammar suggestions on your site, but if you’re sending the data to some LLM provider anyway, this doesn’t seem like an additional “privacy” concern.
As far as I know and understand it, finding similar cards is not something where you’d necessarily need to send any data to third party services. I.e. vector databases and embeddings etc.
I’d like to see the SN team explore this further, even if it’s opt-in.
But kudos for thinking about the privacy issues! Makes me even more certain that SN is the right choice! <3

I understand the logic of not sharing other cards with the AI. Perhaps in the future we can do this with local AI, or maybe Apple has the solution with their cloud-based AI that is supposed to provide privacy assurances?
