Hi @JohnCP,
We aren’t able to replicate this at all.
Can you share which version of iOS and macOS (Apple Silicon or Intel) you are using / if you could share a screen recording with us that would be incredibly helpful.
(iOS 17.5.1, 15 Pro Max.) Immediately after tapping to create a new card, the card jumps down off screen a few cards and requires scrolling to reveal it. This has happened a few times over the past week.
Ahhh I think I might know what be going on. Thanks for the further information.
I’m guessing you’re opening the app for the first time in a little while and then immediately creating a new card. New updates for cards will sync whilst you’re editing a new card and then the new card you’re editing is relegated to the middle of the Noteboard - making it appear to jump around. Does that sound about right?
We’re aware of this, and have plans to improve it. In the meantime just wait a second for the app to sync with the server - orrrr hold down the search button to create a new card in preview so it doesn’t move around. Hope that helps!
This was fixed in Supernotes 3.1.7 using a new “New Updates” pill button to prevent the Noteboard from re-sorting in situations you’d prefer it to wait.
