Description of the bug
When I open the app, no content is loaded on the home view, but the other views work…but there’s no content viewable from the other views as well.

Steps to reproduce
Step 1: open the app
Step 2: ???
Step 3: see the bug clearly visible
Was fixed by logging out and logging back in. But it was odd because it was working fine, and then one minute later when I went back to the app, it stopped working. Anyways, it’s good now.
Nope, now there’s a different bug. I can’t edit anything even after being logged in? This isn’t good. Any time I try, I get the “User not logged in” popup - even though I am logged in because I can see all of my notes.
Oh. For some reason it thinks I don’t have unlimited and so I can’t add any more cards because I’ve passed my 100 card limit? I have no clue what’s going on - but I’m frustrated for sure.
I also can’t click the “chat with us” in the help section.
Hi @kan_extensions, that is a very strange series of issues indeed. We will investigate more on our end, but in the meantime, completely deleting and re-installing the app (and then logging in again) should fix any issues.
Glad to hear you’re back up and runnig @kan_extensions, we’re investigating this issue at the moment. It seems like your user object is just not loaded in for some reason, but your cards are – that’s why you can send a friend request to yourself.
If you ever encounter urgent bugs like this in the future please make sure to contact us through the in-app messenger ( ? > Chat with Us) as we receive priority notifications on there and can act and help you more quickly
Ah yes, if you use another devices such as your laptop, you can always Chat to Us from there or send us an email to help@supernotes.app as that goes to the same priority inbox
