Sync issues between mobile and client -> web app

Hi @rleiro, it sounds like you might be using an out of date app or that your app’s cache is out of date. If you log out and then log back in, does that fix things for you? Which app / operating system are you using?

Ok! Seems like my case is diferent, I will try the chat with us option.

Answering some of the questions:

  • OS: Android and Linux.
  • Sign out and sign in didnt worked.

My case was special indeed. With unlimited it’s working waaaaay better.
