I work with untitled notes a lot, especially if I need to jot down something quickly, or scaffold a note I don’t know the title yet. Sometimes I just leave notes untitled if the body is short and self-evident enough. As these are in development, I often have to interact with them a lot, particularly by adding parents.
The drag-and-drop (which I assume is the prominent way of adding parents quickly) doesn’t work as it requires a title. This leaves me with (correct me if I’m wrong) only one way to add parents, which is through the + menu in edit mode.
While this takes many steps, I don’t think it’s too bad. The worst part is having to remember which parent I’m going to add, especially if that parent is not in the current view or pinned or in the outline.
I understand that titles are highly encouraged, but still this is not a very nice experience.
Perhaps the entire card could be draggable, but I’m sure this clashes with another behavior of the card.
