Window Appears off of screen when relaunching after a restart

Description of the bug
When I shutdown the computer with the window on another screen, and boot up my computer without that screen connected, it does not reset it’s window to the main screen
App & Version
e.g. Windows App v3.0.2

Thanks for the bug report. We’ve got a few improvements to Windows app window placement scheduled, and we will make sure to fix this as well!
