Faster Login System
We’ve rebuilt our login system to make it faster and more secure. This should also improve compatibility with more VPNs and corporate firewalls.
The latest Supernotes 3.1.6 iOS update installed on September 11 is not functioning properly, as the app displays a white screen upon launch on my iPhone 14 Plus running iOS 17.6.1. However, the macOS version of the app is working as expected
Yes! We’re aware of this and Apple is currently re-reviewing our app. It should be out in a few hours, in the meantime please use our web app at https://my.supernotes.app/
Initially the sub-cards said untitled card, and I saw a popup like “Click to attempt to join this card” which let me see the card details. Thanks much!
Yep, that’s how the collaborative system works @jagwarrx. By default when a card is shared with you, none of the child cards are added to your system. Once you “open” the shared (parent) card, by double-clicking the card’s title or clicking “open in noteboard”, then all of the immediate child cards will be added to your system. This is so that you can selectively choose which cards you want to access, rather than being overwhelmed by an entire hierarchy as soon as you add a single card. The same applies applies to any layer below that. If a card is multiple layers deep you can also use the “attempt to join” system that you discovered to only add that card to your system without needing to load every layer between.
