The latest Supernotes 3.1.6 iOS update installed on September 11 is not functioning properly, as the app displays a white screen upon launch on my iPhone 14 Plus running iOS 17.6.1. However, the macOS version of the app is working as expected :grinning:

Hi @fylleth667,

Yes! We’re aware of this and Apple is currently re-reviewing our app. It should be out in a few hours, in the meantime please use our web app at https://my.supernotes.app/

Hi @tobias,

Thanks a lot for the quick reply! No problem waiting for the fix since I use the MacOS and Web versions of Supernotes as well :grinning:

Greetings from Greece, keep up the good work of yours!

P.S. By the way the only things missing is a proper web clipper and support for all kind of files and not only images :grinning:

Hi @tobias ,

I’m trying to access this note Paradigm for using supernotes | Supernotes and am able to open it but don’t see the attached notes.

It says here it should be resolved with this update. Paradigm for using supernotes consistently - #15 by antonello23 – could you give more insight?

Hi @fylleth667, iOS is all live now so just head over to the App Store and update, and it should work all for you

Regarding the web clipper, what’s missing from the community-made version that’s available currently?

Hi @jagwarrx,

Once you join the card on your Supernotes app, if you double click the title you will see all the related notes inside it. I hope that helps!

Initially the sub-cards said untitled card, and I saw a popup like “Click to attempt to join this card” which let me see the card details. Thanks much!

Yep, that’s how the collaborative system works @jagwarrx. By default when a card is shared with you, none of the child cards are added to your system. Once you “open” the shared (parent) card, by double-clicking the card’s title or clicking “open in noteboard”, then all of the immediate child cards will be added to your system. This is so that you can selectively choose which cards you want to access, rather than being overwhelmed by an entire hierarchy as soon as you add a single card. The same applies applies to any layer below that. If a card is multiple layers deep you can also use the “attempt to join” system that you discovered to only add that card to your system without needing to load every layer between.

Hi @tobias ,

That was quick, everything is back to normal again with the app, good job!

What’s missing from the SN Web Clipper? A probably more polished official version otherwise it works like a charm - as the Raycast extension does too :grinning:

That’s what we’re here for :raised_hands:

@connor’s been testing a new build of our Raycast extension, that includes a clipping functionality :eyes:, so that should help!
